Check JAMB Admission Status online now at www.jamb.org.ng (UTME and Direct Entry candidates). We informed you that the JAMB portal for checking admission status will be uploaded online for candidates to check. Now it is available for all JAMB UTME candidates (Past & Present)
The management of the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has activated the portal where Direct Entry and UTME candidates can now check or confirm their admission status for all years. Checking of admission status on JAMB portal is totally FREE!
How to check JAMB Admission Status Online
In case you don’t have an account with JAMB (especially candidates from 2016 downward), you will have to create one to be able to check your admission status. We recommend you check How to Create JAMB Account.
If you already have a JAMB profile, just jump to the five (5) easy steps outlined below on how to check JAMB admission status:
- Go directly to http://www.jamb.org.ng/efacility/ to create an account.
- Login to the e-facility portal after creating an account.
- Click on “Check Admission Status” tab.
- Select your ‘Exam Year’ and also supply your ‘JAMB Registration’ number in the appropriate column.
- Finally, “Check Admission Status” to access your admission details.
Admitted candidates are advised to purchase admission letter printing scratch card from the nearest JAMB office and print their admission letters (Print admission letter here).
Important Note: For those who may have forgotten their Registration Number, this can be retrieved upon validation of PIN and Serial Number with either surname, first name or middle name, Date of Birth and State of Origin.
Note that the lists are been uploaded regularly so candidates are advised to keep on checking their admission status on JAMB website. Also any admitted candidate that his/her admission details differs from the one yet to be uploaded or already uploaded on the preferred institution’s website should immediately report such to the admission office of his or her preferred institution for further instruction.
Don’t forget to go back to print your admission letter if you are admitted. Admission status checking is available for both UMTE and Direct Entry candidates on JAMB admission status/list checking website.
